  • Website, Systems, and Servers—Big Changes Are Coming!
We’re redesigning our website, transitioning software providers, updating our practice management system, and upgrading servers. These changes aim to provide a more secure, user-friendly, and cohesive experience—whether you're a client, referrer, or visitor. There’s no action required on your part!

If you’re waiting for a response to an email or referral, it may have been overlooked during our recent server updates. Please reach out to us at hello@benefact.com.au or call (02) 8330 6761 to flag it!

  • New Focus, Same Care

We’re now specialising in supporting people with invisible disabilities (such as hEDS, AuDHD, POTS, and MCAS) and psychosocial disabilities (mental health conditions). We will still be providing in-person/face-to-face support to our clients in the Greater Sydney region; however, we will slowly begin to integrate in a hybrid/telehealth support model that will be open to Australians across the country.

    Already a Client? Don’t Stress!

If you’re a current client, these changes won’t affect your services. We’ll notify you directly if anything impacts you via email or your preferred contact method.

  • NDIS Referrals and Our New Hybrid Model
As a Registered NDIS Provider, we continue accepting referrals for Agency, Plan, and Self-Managed participants. Our focus is on providing assessments, reports, and ongoing support tailored to invisible and psychosocial disabilities. With our new hybrid model, you can access services via telehealth anywhere in Australia or face-to-face in Greater Sydney.

Our aim is to make high-quality support accessible no matter where you are!

  • Exploring Private Funding Options
We’re currently considering opening up for private clients who are not NDIS-funded. This may include flexible payment plans to help make assessments and reports (such as for NDIS or DSP applications) more accessible.

If you’d like to stay updated on private referral options or payment plans, reach out! We’ll keep you in the loop as these services develop.
